The exclusive self contained 1100 sq ft legal suite in a newer home on the ground floor with separate entrance with keyless entry and surrounded by landscaped gardens. Your suite is fully equipped with six appliances including Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher and is within minutes to forested trails, views, lakes, shopping malls, grocery store, pubs, restaurants. It is 20 minutes from downtown Victoria. The space Newly renovated 2 bedroom suite, new furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Two Queen hotel beds with luxurious sheets in separate bedrooms and one comfy pullout couch bed in the living room. The suite is ground floor and carpet less The space is carpet less, super clean and mindfully aware for guests with allergies. Each bedroom has it's own 40" SmartTV and the living room has a 50" 4K SmartTV connected to Wi-Fi with Netflix subscription. Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a electric kettle, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig K-Kup coffee brewer along with pots and pans, cups, bowls, plates and utensils. We also provide coffee, tea, cream and sugar. For your cooking, there is a grocery store behind our house where you can get very much anything you would need. Guest access Private entrance with keyless entry and patio. Guests have access to their own washer and dryer and free strong high speed Wi-Fi connections. There is also one parking space exclusively reserved for our guest. Parking is in the driveway, spot closest to the front door. The space is carpet less, super clean and mindfully aware for guest with allergies. Other things to note Victoria General Hospital, grocery stores, McDonald, A&W, Tim Hortons, Costco, restaurants, shopping mall and medical clinic are only couple of minutes away by car.
