The space This is the in-law / guest quarter of our home. This unit is not a stand alone nor a detached apartment, but you will have your own privacy because your space is separated from our living area by sound proof walls and two locked separation doors. The apartment has wooden floor, stucco wall, self-controlled mini split AC/heater, bathroom with bathtub-shower, toilet and a sink, bathroom mirror, towel hook behind the door, toilet papers and hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Large closet with iron/iron board, tall mirror, extra towels and blankets. Fully equipped kitchenette, large fridge, water jug with filtration element. You also have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, located next door to your entrance door. You can use the washer and dryer free of charge, however, by utilizing our washer and dryer, you automatically agree that we, home owners, are not responsible for loss or damage to your items put in the W&D. You can enjoy your patio / side yard in front of the laundry room, with a garden table and two chairs. We also provide an outdoor gas grill that you can use for free. Renting this unit requires you to do self check-in with the key in a lock box (it’s easy; clear instructions with pictures can be found on the AirBnB booking app after a confirmed booking). Room manual will be in a folder on the table. This place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, and provides perfect arrangement for 2 friends traveling together on a budget; one can sleep on the bed and one can use the convertible sofa. There is a door separating the bedroom and the living/dining area. Please enter the correct amount of people staying before making a booking. Guest access Private entrance. We don't over-occupy our rentals in order to keep our neighborhood quiet, just like a normal single family residential area. We strictly apply "no party" policy in our rentals (of course if you have a couple of friends coming for a brief visit during your stay here, that's cool! But please, no big party with loud music and things like that). - Our cancellation policy is firm. Please plan your visit accordingly. - Change of dates within 30 days of check-in will not be granted; it will be treated the same as cancellation, where cancellation policy rules will be in effect. Please plan your visit accordingly. - Check out time 10 AM. Please don’t forget your belongings and leave the key back in the key box. $50 charge for lost key. $50 up to a full one night charge for late check out. $25 minimum handling charge plus cost of shipping if you want us to ship your forgotten items.
