The property features 1 bedroom, a den that has been transformed into an additional bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. The main bedroom offers a luxurious queen-size bed, while the den also features a queen-size bed. Rest assured, all spaces are accurately depicted in our pictures! The balcony provides a picturesque backdrop, allowing you to soak in the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including appliances, basic utensils, and cookware, enabling you to prepare meals with ease. Other things to note Please note that the den is not considered a formal bedroom as it lacks a door, but it has been tastefully furnished to offer privacy and comfort. First parking space is included in the price ! Additionally, an extra parking sticker is available for a fee of $35, providing convenient parking options during your stay. IMPORTANT – Building Application Requirement This reservation is subject to condominium association approval, which is mandatory for check-in. All guests must submit: A fully completed application A copy of valid ID (passport for foreign guests; U.S. ID + Social Security number for U.S. citizens/residents – required for a soft background check) A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple The building only accepts and processes applications Monday through Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Applications submitted outside of these days/hours will not begin processing until the next eligible window. ⚠️ Approval takes a minimum of 3 full business days from the time the application is submitted and accepted during processing hours. For example: If you submit on a Friday, processing will not begin until Monday, and approval will take at least until Thursday. Rush applications (submitted with 3 business days or fewer before check-in) will incur an additional $50 per person. ✅ Important: If a guest fails to submit a complete application on time, the reservation will be canceled with no refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions. However, our team will make the process as seamless as possible, guiding you each step of the way, making everything easy to sign electronically, and submitting all documentation directly to the building on your behalf.
