The adjacent sliding glass doors open to the private patio and a stunning, red rock mountain backdrop. Head into the fully equipped kitchen, where stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops and ample storage space in the wood cabinets will make cooking a breeze. Savor your meals together at the high top bar or at the high-top wooden table, with seating for six, before venturing downtown. When your eyes get heavy, retreat to one of the bedrooms where you'll be sure to sleep peacefully in a plush queen-sized bed. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire property. Check in is 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM. Other things to note Things to note: There is a pilot light that remains on inside the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and allows you to turn the fireplace on with just a lightswitch. The sliding glass doors when unlocked, have a stick behind the door to secure it, so be sure to lift the stick to allow the door to slide. House Rules: Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. No Pets! We do not accept mail at this address. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
