Bedroom # 2 - Private bedroom, shared bathroom!

The place established in April 2018, locates in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is less than 5 miles to places such as Target, Walmart, Home Depot, and fast-food places: In-n-Out, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc.; less than 8 miles to Sacramento International Airport; less than 9 miles to downtown Sacramento; very near I-5, and 80 freeways. The space This is used to be my house before I got married. I keep the property as a keepsake of the first place I have ever owned and turning it into an Airbnb to share with you. You will have your bedroom private. The bedroom is equipped that a guest would need for a short stay. - No pets allowed. Service animals/emotional support animals are welcome. However, you MUST let the host know that you will bring your service/emotional support animals because we require a $300 deposit. We would fully refund the deposit after check-out without any damages caused by the animals. - Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV is already connected to the internet. Guests need their own accounts for Hulu, Netflix, etc. - Self-serve coffee and tea in the kitchen downstairs. - Kitchen is fully equipped and free to use. Please clean up after using so others could use. - Laundry is on-site; however, only available for guests who stay more than 7 days. Shorter stay guests might be able to use laundry if the laundry room is available, but no guarantee. Please contact the host for detail on laundry. Guest access - Street parking is free. Driveway and garage parking are not available. Feel free to park on our house driveway to unload or load. Please DO NOT park in front of painted curbs, blocking driveways, and hydrants. It's best to park where I instruct in the welcome/check-in information message. - Guests can access any community area such as a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. However, please clean up after using. Garage and other individual's bedrooms are off-limit. During your stay We usually leave guests the maximum privacy as much as possible. I used to live on-site. However, I now live elsewhere after getting married. I visit sometimes to check on the property conditions. I have my family member living on-site to help with guests needs. He also works full-time. Therefore, guests might not even see us. I'm reachable and responsive when guests reach out through the app (preferrable) and phone. Other things to note - We're Buddhists. We pray and burn incense at least twice a day. Please be mindful that this is our religion. If you have an allergy that incense might affect you, our place might not be the right fit. - No outdoor shoes inside the house, please. - Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. The walls are thin. Therefore, others could hear you. - If you have visitors, please notify me. Only one visitor is allowed to stay within 24 hours per reservation. Violation might result in reservation cancellation.
