Clean, Cute, and remodeled 1930’s Guesthouse located in the City of San Luis Obispo, close to hiking & the Cal Poly Campus. Enter through an amazing Giant Sequoia Moon Gate and peaceful garden. Bedrooms have new windows as well as blackout shades. Sleeps 3 comfortably with a cozy private courtyard. Kitchen includes new gas range & fridge. Lots of cooking and baking supplies (see photos). 1st. bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed. Window air conditioners provided in Summer. The space The only thing you need to bring are your personal belongings. I keep the unit extremely clean and sanitary! Pots & pans are stainless steel and plenty. If you need something for your stay, please ask. Organic teas, as well as organic dark & medium coffee in the freezer. Beach towels & chairs provided. Fully loaded kitchen to cook or bake anything. Large screen T.V. with Netflix.  You will only meet me if you desire. Self check-in and very private. You can park your vehicle on half the driveway during your stay. Great location and easy to visit anywhere on the Central Coast from here. Quiet neighborhood with a nice grocery store (California Fresh) down the street. Walking distance to hike up either of SLO’s beautiful extinct Cinder Cone Volcanoes (Bishop’s Peak and San Luis Mountain). 1.6 miles from Cal Poly, 1.2 Miles from the San Luis Obispo de Tolosa Mission, 12 minutes to Avila Beach or Morro Bay. Bus lines (both city and county) very close, 1.9 miles to the train station, and 4.4 miles to the airport. Award winning Wine tasting available in San Luis Obispo as well as 30 minutes to Wine Country - Paso Robles. Guest access Park in the driveway during your stay. Two window air conditioning units located in the both bedrooms and provided during the warmer months. Fans are located throughout the unit. Pandemic protocol: self check-in, upon vacating, windows and door need to be left open. 8% discount for weekly stays & a 10% discount for monthly bookings.
