The space This property is perfectly located for someone who wants the full Scottsdale, AZ experience with dining, shopping, golfing, baseball, hiking, and fun. The guest house offers the following layout: • Living Room • Kitchen • Dining Room • Master Bedroom: King • Bedroom 2: Queen • Bedroom 3: 2 Fulls (photo shows bunk beds, but both beds are now on floor) • Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play • Laundry • 2 Bathrooms Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have a no tolerance policy regarding loud noise and parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home. Guest access Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Pets Allowed with exceptions: *$100 non-refundable fee per pet (guests are still expected to clean up after their pet).
