Clean up is expensive. Sleeps 10/9 beds. The house has been completely remodeled and upgraded with all new furnishing. The space THE FIRST FLOOR has a French Country style FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with pots, pans and utensitls and gas fireplace and table that seats 4-5,. The dining room is large and able to seat up to 10 people, kitchen table seats 4 more. The parlor and living room sit next to each other so there is plenty of room for socializing, holding meetings, teaching workshops, presentation or simply hanging out with family. The larger family room seats 10 with cable tv, Netflix and DVD player and sound bar, and games and puzzles. DOWNSTAIRS bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the patio. Walk up the ballroom staircase or back stairwell to the THE SECOND FLOOR with 4 charming and vintage bedrooms. Six single beds, one full and one king size bed. Upstairs bathroom has shower with tub. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware for 12 people. Internet throughout the house. A SHORT DISTANCE BY FOOT, BICYCLE, CAR, CAB, UBER OR LIGHTRAIL TO: Many Restaurants and coffee shops Coors Field Colorado Convention Center, 15 minute walk and a 10 minute drive with parking at the Center. Or catch the D line light rail 2 blocks from the house that goes directly to the Center. The famous Mercury Cafe is two blocks away, fabulous food and entertainment. Las Delicias for Mexican. Lower Downtown sports bars 16th Street Mall with Cinema and Shopping Mile High Stadium-about 2-3 miles or take the rail a block away. Your stay will be fully exciting with all that Denver has to offer. No cigarette smoking or vaping is allowed in the home, and marijuana smoking is only allowed in the north section of the patio.
