Escape to Seabrook and relax at a private South Carolina coastal island with access to exclusive beaches, pools and amenities. This thoughtfully designed and decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa has everything needed to make your island experience comfortable and memorable. The villa is on the end of the upper floor which provides a quiet retreat and its porch overlooks the Racquet Club. Conveniently located within the security gates of the 7-square mile island, the villa is ideal for Seabrook! The space With a modern beach house design, the villa's premium furnishings give ample indoor and outdoor seating options. The technology is updated with two LG Smart TVs connected to Xfinity Cable and internet. The kitchen allows for great meals and memories to be made as well as a high-top table for eating, working or games! The bedroom is updated with all new furniture and Capser mattress. There is also room to use the provided baby changing table. Lastly, bikes are provided and encouraged to be used to see the beauty of the Island. Seabrook is the hidden gem of Coastal South Carolina. Conveniently located near Charleston (30 mins), Seabrook allows for you to feel away from it all, yet have all the comforts of home nearby. The villa is conveniently located at the Racquet Club which is just inside the private gate entrance to the island. The Seabrook Island Club offers a Beach Club with oceanfront pools and restaurant, and private Atlantic ocean beach access. The various beach access points and Beach Club are about 1-2 miles from the villa and all have parking available. Most guests either bike or drive to the beach. The Island also features the Lake House Amenity center that has a fitness center as well as an indoor lap pool (reservations required) and an outdoor pool that are both open year-round. In addition the Seabrook Island Club has 36 holes of championship golf on two uniquely different courses. A recently renovated Club House has two restaurants and an outdoor patio overlooking the golf practice area. The Racquet Club features state-of-the-art clay courts for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts. Walking trails, fishing holes and additional pools are just steps away from the Villa. The Equestrian Center features one of the few beach rides on the East Coast and caters to riders of all skill levels with guided trail rides, pony rides and riding lessons. Access to the Seabrook Island Club requires a Amenity Card with the following current costs (please check other rentals as not all rentals have access to Amenity cards): January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026: $15 Deposit (no daily cost) for Lake House Outdoor Pool Access $55/Day, $315/Week for Club Amenity Access (Paid directly time Amenity Office) ** Please see listing photos for more details Usage Fees for certain amenities (Golf, Racquet Club, Lake House Fitness Center/Indoor Pool) The Amenity Card allows access to the Beach Club Pools, the Lake House Amenity Center, as well as all dining options. Additional usage fees are required for golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center and equestrian reservations, however beach access does not require the Amenity Card. Located just outside of the security gate, the Amenity Office address is 1101 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island. Lastly, please keep in mind that Seabrook is not a typical Resort. It is a private island with a Club that allows for quest access. So, if a traditional resort is what you’re looking for them please reach out to me with questions or suggestions. Located just outside of the security gate is Bohicket Marina with boat rental and dining options. In addition, enjoy Freshfields Village's open-air shopping experience as well as dining and grocery. Located just around the corner from Freshfields is Kiawah Island. Please add the 'pet' to your guests so that the fee is included. If you do not add the 'pet' to the guests then we will request the pet fee in advance of your arrival.
