You will not share any space with anyone else. Enjoy a cozy and freshly renovated space designed for comfort and relaxation. create a cheerful atmosphere that feels just like home. Step on our beautiful wooden floors, enjoy the spacious open layout, and unwind on the large private deck — perfect for soaking up the sun. The space Our Guest House is in the same property as our home, very private. We have a washer and dryer located on the property downstairs, very easy access. The parking is just at the bottom of the stairs to the Coastal Guest House. We have a very cozy and comfortable place, just freshly renovated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We would love our guests to write the name of the extra guests that are coming, so we can welcome them by their name when they arrive. If possible please send us a picture of the extra guests, so we can recognize when they arrive as well!. Guest access You can have access to our property from the street side, front of the house and from the backside Alley between Voltaire and Lotus Street. Fell free to walk around the property. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new guests!. This is the main reason why we host Airbnb guests! If you have any questions please call, email, text, or just come over to the front house. Other things to note We have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board, all available for you to use and have a wonderful stay with us!! Please note that our home is located near an airport, so there is occasional noise from inbound and outbound planes, but it stops at night. We are change all the windows with a triple glass windows.
