Small, but spacious guest house in a beautiful historic neighborhood located a few blocks from the Plaza District. The space The guest house is completely separate and detached from the main house (a historic home built in 1927) with private entry + electronic keypad on the front door. The space can most comfortably accommodate 2 people with a Queen size bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room (please ask for additional bedding if this is needed). The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to meet your needs (please note: there is not a dishwasher!). Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, and more! Feel free to use whatever you find. The bar area makes a perfect workspace if you're traveling on business. The charming bathroom has plenty of soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. A/C + heat, Wifi, Netflix Guest access A code for the front door will be given to all guests prior to arrival. There is plenty of street parking available. Check in is at 4pm local time. Check out is at 11am local time.
