Our apartment is located in the center of Manhattan Midtown near Herald Square at the corner of 31st street & Broadway. Walking distance to everything, major subway lines & Penn Stations just steps away. Fully furnished apartment with your own Kitchen/Bathroom with 24-hour doorman/elevator/laundry room. We are located inside the beautiful historic national landmark building designed by Architect Henry Engelbert in the Second Empire style! A laundry card is provided free of charge for all guests staying in our 31st Street units only. The card is kept behind the room door. You may use it during your stay and simply return it to the same place before check-out. You only need to add credit to the card in order to use the washers and dryers. Other things to note - Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC. - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868! - Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in. - Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the suite during cleaning hours at no cost. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
