Hiking trails, beautiful stone-lined creek to swim& pond to fish. A outdoorsman/animal &horse lovers dream. No luxury amenities, only nature,cabin, plenty of wildlife,The Great Smoky Mountains National Park,Pigeon Forge& Knoxville.Horseback riding onsite(reservations required) The space I bedroom 1 bath cabin in the woods, has a full kitchen, kitchen supplies available at property , extras available on request. Please please do not book this property if you are coming here expecting a brand new spec built home, this cabin is a 150 year old cabin at its shell, it has been modernized, added too, etc, it has history, character and privacy, by booking this property you must understand that you are booking an experience on a farm in addition to the house you book, it’s an opportunity to be with and experience rural life. If you are going to complain aboit the sink being too small, the toilet flushing too slow, the driveway doesn’t measure up to what u feel it should be, old appliances, annoying wildlife, it not having a matching full place setting of dishes, a complete matching set of silverware utensils, PLEASE do not book!!!!! Rural living is a different way of life, it’s different than a condo in the city or a house in a subdivision . It’s a completely different mindset. If you come to a working farm with city living condo expectations you will be very disappointed, there are different expectations out in the country, so if you can’t leave your different set of expectations at home when you come to visit them please stay at home or book a different property that is not a farm!!! (1) allowed with prior consent at time of booking but pet fees must be paid upfront. Only one pet allowed and understanding of pet to be crated when guests are not at residence, absolutely NO pets on any furniture or any type of linens or furnishings. Pet must be up to date on vaccines and flea control, and proof must be provided or guest will be held responsible for failure to do so for exterminator fees and additional cleaning, repair and replacement due to fleas.Guests are responsible for all damages and all costs will refer to guest if this rule is broken. Also this home is heated with heaters and cooled with an 1 window AC unit
