Business and family-friendly home in the Inner Sunset walking distance to Golden Gate park, plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafe's! Easily access Downtown by taking the N-Judah straight to Market St or go enjoy exploring the Golden Gate Bridge/Presidio by taking the 28 MUNI bus line just 1 block away! The space Walk in to your SF home away from home to find sunlight pouring in from all directions and all of the comforts of home at your disposal. From the entryway, make a left to find the largest of the three bedrooms with a pillow top King-sized mattress, floor-to-ceiling double layered black-out curtains, gorgeous views, and a cozy window reading nook! While this bedroom holds a potential for noise given that it's facing out towards 19th Ave, it's also the most spacious of the three and the sunniest given the many oversized windows. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the combination dining space and living room. We've got seating for 6 thanks to the expandable table feature, a brand new Roku Smart TV, and an assortment of board games to entertain the whole family! Just off of the dining room is the full kitchen refinished with brand new countertops and white subway tile backsplash. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, mini oven, French press (coffee provided), basic cookware, and a full sized fridge all for guest use :) Down the hall, there's the half bathroom (i.e. toilet) just next to the full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walking a bit further are the two garden-facing bedrooms; each with a great queen bed, nice designated workspace (for those who might need to work for bit), and cozy reading nooks with their own standing lamp. If you couldn't tell, we're big on reading and wanted to make sure each room had a nice space to sit back and enjoy a good book after a long day of exploring the city :) Guest access Guests will arrive at my home and will open the unlocked black gate and go up the ~15 steps to the front door. The front door has an electronic deadbolt for a keyless and hassle-free check in! Guests private entry code will be provided 3 days prior to check in. Other things to note - My home is on 19th ave in the Inner Sunset (a busy street). While this makes getting around VERY easy, it also means that there's a potential for noise in the front bedroom. I have installed two layers of black-out curtains on the windows to minimize the noise levels as well as provided a noise machine and fan in the bedroom to ensure a great nights sleep for my guests :) - There is no dedicated parking available. While there's generally plenty of free street parking available, expect to sometimes park 1-2 blocks away if arriving late at night. - We're in the downstairs space (accessed through the locked door next to the half bath) and will be sure to respect guests privacy.
