Luxury Modern House w/Heated Private Pool

STR LICENSE #2023-1555 This beautiful house with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms , one full size sofa bed on living room, fully equipped kitchen and nice patio with private heated pool is located on the right side of the island and right across to the Entertainment District and the most important, is half block or 5 minutes walking to the beach! The space Enjoy this one story house with 1700sq ft of living space where sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms with TV on each one (the master bedroom with king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 full size beds), 1 full size sofa bed on living room, 3 full bathrooms with very relaxing rain showers (one in the master bedroom, one in the middle of the two full size bedrooms and one next to the kitchen) and fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you need to cook such a pans, utensils/silverware, plastic and ceramic plates, plastic and crystal glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, oil, salt and pepper and all the necessary small kitchen appliances like toaster, regular coffee maker and Keurig, blender, can opener and crock pot. The living room has a 65" smart TV and a sofa full size bed that sleeps 2. One of the best things and that our guests love is that you can have your own private heated pool without having to share it with other people! The front door has a smart lock that changes the code for every new guest. The house has alarmed system and temporary private code for renters if wanted (Please notify before your arrival that you want a code because will be different than the door). IMPORTANT NOTES: -Spring Break reservations are only accepted for families with kids. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note ——-We reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund if we notice that the guest who booked did not arrived or is not with the current guests——- -There is a handicap access ramp at the main entrance. -You will use a smart lock at the front door and the code changes for every new guest. -The pool is not all the same height, starts at 3 ft and the deepest is 5 ft, so be careful with your kids. -The guest can use the washer and dryer of the house. -There are TVs on each bedroom with active membership of NETFLIX and you can watch the Spectrum Cable app on ROKU. -The house has alarmed system and temporary private code for renters if wanted. (Please notify the owner that you want a code). -Linens, towels and pool towels are provided. -Washcloths are not provided. -Pool toys and beach accessories are not provided. -The pool heater is heat pump and only works when the outside temperature is above 50F/10C and take several hours to reach the desired temperature so if the exterior temperature is colder the heater will not work. ---WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, LIKEWISE IN THE POOL WHICH WILL BE YOUR COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY---
