Welcome to SimplySouthern our newly renovated studio. Located in a wonderful vintage 1950's motel configured into many individual amazing little studios with character, charm and location, location, location. Our 440 square foot studio is located on the first floor of the building in a hip neighborhood just minutes to downtown Nashville. The space SimplySouthern is owned and operated by two born and raised Nashvillians that love their home town. Being local artists, SimplySouthern has art created by them throughout. Located in a vintage remodeled 1950's motel SimplySouthern is located on the first floor. Please note that a studio is above and beside our guests staying in SimplySouthern. With the charm of a 1950's motel you will hear other guests from time to time. Please keep this in mind when booking. There are a small flight of stairs from the parking lot to SimplySouthern. There is a community washer/dryer located on the property that requires payment. Parking is free and located just outside the building with overflow near the street.
