This two-story home will comfortably accommodate four to six guests. We do offer a self-inflating queen size mattress to accommodate two additional guests. The kitchen offers a full complement of cookware, dinnerware, storage and utensils to use whether you are preparing meals or ordering out. A larger dining table is ideal for meals and family board game play. On colder nights, the electric fireplace will provide warmth while resting on the living room couch. The large screen television can pivot between the living and dining room to accommodate your viewing needs. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, offering queen sized beds, a four-drawer dresser, built-in closet space and bedside lamps with USB chargers. The first-floor master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, dresser, closet space and touch on/off bedside lamps with two USB ports. Side patio contains a fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. The completely fenced in backyard is available for your dog(s) to stretch their legs out. Wi-Fi for all; whether you are streaming, video-conferencing, remote learning, remote working, gaming, etc. the speeds have satisfied dozens of guests needs; over 400MBPS. Kayak rental on site. Daily rate is $25 for one or $30 for two. Includes paddles and life jackets. Tie down straps are included if needed. SUP - Stand Up Paddleboards rental on site. There is a ZERO tolerance for smoking, vaping, drug use, etc., of any sorts in side or outside of the property. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately; forfeit your payment, charged for smoke odor removal and be subject to lost revenues from future guests who were inconvenienced from your actions. When Winter weather arises, the City of Alpena requires residents to keep vehicles off the streets to allow for clearing the roadways of snow. Vehicles cannot be parked on city streets between 3 a.m. And 6 a.m. from Nov. 1 to April 1. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking spaces along the wooden and chain link fence, in between the two reflectors.
