Tiny Cabin Just Minutes From Lake Hamilton

This is a true tiny house just a few minutes from beautiful Lake Hamilton! The cabin is about 350sq ft. with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft. Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. Animals are NOT allowed in the cabin at any time! Contact host before booking if you are bringing multiple vehicles. PLEASE read entire listing before booking. The space The Living Room has a couch, TV, Roku, and DVD player. There is LIVE tv on the HULU app. The WIFI is very strong. If 3 guests stay, one will either need to sleep on the couch or bring their own mattress. The 3rd guest will also need to bring a pillow and blanket if they need them. The couch does NOT fold out into a bed. The Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, and fridge. There is NO oven in the kitchen. The loft has 2 Twin-sized mattresses. Bathroom has a 3 by 3 stand-up shower. Pets are NOT allowed in the cabin. Please do NOT bring a pet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and driveway area. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood, absolutely NO parties or events are allowed on the property. Please adhere to County noise ordinance. Pets are NOT allowed. There is WiFi.
