BEDROOM ONE Italian Leather King Size Bed , luxury linens, hardwood floors, back lit onyx side tables, and spacious closet stocked with white cotton spa robes and hamper. BEDROOM TWO Upholstered King Size Bed, luxury linens, 55" 4K Smart TV, luxury dresser, and smaller closet with bathrobes and hamper. DEN Adjacent to the second bedroom is a den with a bunk beds that can sleep 2, a 50” 4k Smart TV, an adjustable office desk with chair, and a mini video arcade machine featuring over 1000 games. ALL SMART TVs have Xfinity Cable with HBO as well as Vudu, Hulu, Amazon Video, Apple TV & Netflix Apps The KITCHEN should have everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. There is a dual use coffee machine that uses grounds or K-Cups as well as an Automatic Coffee Machine that will grind your favorite beans. Food Processor, Instant Pot cooker, Blender, and Pack and Play are available in the pantry. Other things to note Be aware that the unit is the first floor of our home so if we are home upstairs you may hear some walking around and/or other noises muffled through the ceiling. We are at all times considerate of our guests and strive to maintain a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Also, because the two bedrooms are connected, anyone staying in the 2nd bedroom and den will need to go through the 1st bedroom to access the rest of the unit and exit outside. However, each bedroom does have it's own private bathroom. There is only one thermostat for the entire house which we keep at 73 degrees year round. There are however a fireplace, space heater, adjustable vents, and plenty of large windows to adjust the temperature in the unit if needed.
