Hike, bike, & explore on over 225 acres, then cool off with a dip in the Blanco River! We allow up to 2 pets, with a $75 per pet fee. See additional information below for rules The space The Lee House features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed—providing plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The living room offers a cozy queen-size pull-out sofa, making it an ideal option for additional guests or family members. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare meals, while the private bathroom offers all the comforts you expect for a convenient stay. Outside, the Lee House boasts a private, fenced-in yard where you can enjoy a BBQ on the grill, dine at the picnic table, or gather around the fire circle to share stories and watch the stars. Enjoy panoramic views from the house, with the organic farm to one side and sprawling open pastures on the other. Watch the cows and horses roam freely, adding to the tranquil atmosphere of this idyllic ranch setting. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $75 per pet fee. We are a working ranch with many critters (both wild and domestic), so we ask that you keep them leashed while they are staying with us and use the dog waste bags provided. They can only be left in the in the house unattended if crated. Do not allow them on any furniture. There will be additional fines for any violations, $100 per violation. (Breed restrictions: Pit bull/mix, Rottweiler, Doberman, and German Shepard) The renter will understand and acknowledge that Montesino Ranch is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. The renter will understand that they have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activities.
