Please respect our neighbours. The space The rental is 600sqrft + Patio with outdoor dining table and bbq. No smoking is allowed on premis or in buildings. There is a full kitchen including dishwasher, dinnerware, Nespresso and Vitamix. There is a designated parking spot in the garage + extra covered guest parking. Guest access You will need to park in the guest parking until you go upstairs and get the keys which will allow you to get into the parking garage which is located off the roundabout behind the building on Fell st. There is also street parking if needed. We are steps from some of the best trails on the North Shore, take the spirit trail or Mosquito creek trail right from our back door. Grocery stores are across the street, Everything wine is about 5 blocks away, Black Kettle Brewing 2 blocks away :) Other things to note Wifi password is on the inside cupboard door above the fridge
