The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience. Guests checking in must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID with a credit card for a refundable $100 security deposit. You will then receive your keys from the front desk. Please note that due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse units, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in. The resort's main pool will be closed Oct. 1 for the winter season. This resort is at a high elevation of 7,500 feet. Only two buildings with elevators, stairs required to most units. Some units have smaller kitchens and no washers and dryers in the unit. Complimentary guest laundry is available. Not all units have a patio or deck.Annual seasonal pool closure is November 1st to April 1st.There is no RV, boat, or trailer parking onsite.Please note that due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in presidential units, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in.
