Upper Rideau Lake 3 bdrm, 1 bath, Entire Cottage

Breezy Point Cottage has 3 bdrms and one 3pc bath and is located between Westport & Newboro on the Upper Rideau Lake. We offer weekly rental rate ONLY from Friday check in 6:00 pm to Friday check out 3:00 pm. We have both beach & deep water with ample docking for boats. There is a gas bbq, all kitchen utensils, microwave, blender & mixer, dishes, pots & pans in the cottage. Linens are extra costs and must be pre booked. All bdrms & living rm have ceiling fans & is Air Conditioned. The space You may bring your own linens or we will supply linens for the week for 250$ extra fee, this will include sheets, indoor & outdoor towels, blankets, toilet paper & paper towels as well as kitchen dish cloths & towels. Provided bedding and towels are changed weekly not daily. Our cottage is less than 100 feet from the lake and we do have some deep water off the docks so children that cannot swim must be supervised. There is kids playground equipment and kayaks, stand up paddle boards available for your use, as well as lawn chairs, fire pit, and outdoor games, children’s play structure and swing pole. The cottage has Satellite TV with smart TV options. Pet Fee of $150.00 is PER PET. You are fully responsible for any and all damages caused by your pets. And clean up of their dropping outdoors immediately. At no time are the pets allowed on the furniture. Pets must be leashed if they will not stay in the boundaries of the property or when being walked down the roadway. When you use outdoor equipment and games you must return them to their storage area every evening. There is a boat launch and docking is all inclusive with your rental.
