Villa Jellystone/3Bears - ATV Trails, Water Park

Our cabin is located next the Jellystone Yogi bear campground and Three Bears Lodge. Plenty of parking for ATV’S and trailers in the grass. New furniture in living room. 65 inch TV with Superbox. 2 private bedrooms with queen beds, on main floor. TVs in both rooms/w Ruko 5 twin beds and bathroom upstairs in the loft. 40 inch TV w/Ruko , DVD player Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. Grill for outdoor cooking. The villa next door may also be available if you have a group larger than 10 . The space Our villa is professionally cleaned. We also have a monthly exterminator inspection. We are private owners, our cabin is located next to Jellystone Yogi Bear Campround and 3 Bears lodge. Cabin is very comfortable and spacious, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a upstairs loft with 5 twin beds. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. 4 TVs, DVD player, movie library, 4 Rukos. Netflix. Game cabinet. We have an extra bed up in the loft compared to other villas. We provide lodging only, water park passes are not included. Outdoor fire pit with benches and grill. 2 picnic tables. Walking distance to indoor/outdoor waterpark at 3 Bears Lodge and in the summer, outdoor waterpark and activities at Jellystone. You must purchase your own wristbands. For a less expensive Beach day, Wazee beach is located 23 miles from our villa, Wazee Lake Recreational Area. Offers swimming, fishing and kayaking, and scuba diving. Cost $5 a car Great for crafters retreat weekend. Canoeing in Black River Falls. Amish tours. State forest beaches and picnic area. Milton municipal park beach. Waeze Beach. Great place to stay for bicycling on the Elway Sparta trail - Lacrosse. 55 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. Mt Olympus Park family fun adventure park. ATV trails and Snowmobiling right out the front door. Monroe county trails. Skiing and snowboarding at Christmas Mountain in Wisconsin Dells. Skiing and snow tubing at Fort McCoy, 20 minutes at White Tail Ridge. $105 cleaning fee. Cost includes Lodging only, linens and towels provided for 9 people. Guest access We provide lodging only, water park passes not Included. There is access to 3 Bears lodge indoor waterpark. Extra fee required. Purchase at hotel front desk. Also in the summer access to Jellystone Resort. Outdoor water park, mini golf , nightly movies. Fee required. Purchase at campground office.
