The home has most of the modern conveniences you should need. it has electric heat and air conditioning, a wood fireplace, TV, DVD player, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, phone, and fiber internet and a printer. The dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Outdoor lounge chairs are here for your use as well as a variety of board/family games. This is the perfect home away from home for your family and friends surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks. Relax on the banks of the river as you make lifelong memories. Please be advised that the White River is a tail-water of Bull Shoals dam and water level fluctuation can be dangerous. Tenant accepts full responsibility for their own safety when on or near the water. Further, like all rural areas, utilities, internet, and phone services can be interrupted in bad weather. Owner is not responsible for any such occurrence and the loss of property use in this event. Please note:This home is used by the owners occasionally; therefore, owner intends to leave personal property on the premises. Tenant is responsible for any breakage or missing items and the cost of such will be charged to the tenant. Check yourself into the home with a door code We live in the area approximately 15 minutes away and can be reached for any problems or needs. This house is in a gated community with a private drive and boat ramp. It is located right on the bank of the White River. The setting is one of peace and tranquility in the Ozarks. The house is a few hundred yards south from the mouth of Crooked Creek and just north of the Buffalo National River which makes this location a Trout and Small Mouth Bass hot spot. The house is about 4 miles from the small town of Gassville, AR where one can get gas, groceries, etc.. It is about 15 minutes to Mountain Home where there is a full service hospital, Urgent care clinic, and plenty of shopping.
