Enjoy beautiful Sunsets! This house is located on a private road, with a view of the lake, very peaceful, short drive to the beaches 20 minutes from Waldameer Park. Lake Lands Restaurant is just up the road, there is a park about a mile west, which has swings, pavilion, view of the lake, great fishing close by, a soft serve ice cream shop. Home is a Ranch Style home with a cottage setting, attached garage, living room, family room, kitchen with dining area. The space The only traffic on the street would be neighbors coming and going or visitors, there are only seven houses on this street Other things to note If you plan on fishing while here, I ask that you please do not clean any fish on the property. I had a bad experience with the smell and will not allow it.
