Spring training home w/opt Heated POOL

Opt heated pebble-tec pool, Mini-putt-putt, Ping pong. Each room has smart TV's with Streaming services. High speed internet with easy access QR codes. Check in on your own schedule with smart lock access. 3 bed, 2 bath , 2 car garage fully furnished home away from home! The space The entire house will be yours, the garage the backyard there’s only one small storage closet that will be locked. The house has everything you need from bedding to dishes to towels to a porta crib, goggles for the pool lots and lots of ping pong balls for the ping-pong table. Pool heated for a fee of $50 per day that you want it heated Guest access The entire house and garage Other things to note Heating of the pool is available for a fee. The pool and landscaping is service on a regular basis. Landscapers show up when they have time. Pool servicing is typically there on Friday. Please don’t be alarmed if you see someone in the backyard. Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the house nothing in the interior. If you decide to skinny dip… Just know I can see you. Please no loud rowdy parties and if you trash my house I will not give you a good rating. I will monitor the backyard for noise after 9 PM. You are welcome to have family and friends over just nothing too crazy! With pool fee paid the pool heater is set to 80-84° however depending on the temperature at night the pool will cool down significantly however it will not be as cold as a pool without a heater. Heated temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool cover must be used to help temperature maintenance at night.
