Bridle Trails Room w/ super comfortable Queen Bed

Bridle Trails is a forested equestrian exclusive community nestled between Lake WA & Lake Sammamish in Bellevue. We have close access to the 520 & 405 fwys (approx. 1.5 miles away). Our home is down a quiet street away from city noise on 1 acre of land. For out of towners, we are not in Seattle proper, but located in what is known as the Eastside, approx. 10 miles from Seattle across the bridge. For public Transportation information from SeaTac Airport, it is best to go to official website. The space This modern home is cozy and beautiful with windows throughout, offering breathtaking views of the lush forest of Bridle Trails. The private Guest Room sits on the other side of the house from the main rooms offering more privacy. There is a private bathroom directly across the guest room, and another private large full bathroom with the shower, is located down the hall. Please be advised if arriving late night, it will be very dark since we are in a forest community and my house is at the bottom of a hill. My driveway is also slightly curved. Good info to have when arriving at night! Please never drive on any part of my front lawn as this is where the septic is located, thank you! Guest access Guests have access to walk/run the equestrian trails behind our home that meander through the exclusive community and lead to the equestrian park of Bridle Trails. In the home, kitchen use is allowed upon prior request and with guest providing entire clean up after use. Showers are provided down the hall in a 2nd separate bathroom. Other things to note After confirmation of reservation, I will send a "self -check in instruction " email to guests with detailed information to make the process extremely easy :) Many guests have questions about the bathrooms or do not understand the listing details; the guest has a private half bathroom (sink, vanity, toilet) right across from the guest room AND access to another bathroom (shower/tub, two sinks, vanity, toilet) at the end of the hallway on the other side of house. Note to guests: There is one outside security camera facing the driveway.
