Relax and enjoy the beautiful Muskoka scenery from our dock overlooking calm waters and Southwestern sun exposure, making for breathtaking sunsets year round. Ideal for families with shallow water entrance off shore (but also 6 ft depth for shallow diving off dock). Listing is approved # STR-2025-41 by the lake of bays township for Short term renting. The space Designed for comfort and style, we have poured our hearts into modernizing our space and making it both stylish and cozy for you to enjoy. Ideal for families and small groups. The cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double bed), 1.5 baths, full kitchen, a nice big living space featuring a wood fire stove, a large dining table and both a beautiful 3 season Muskoka Room and screened in porch off the main bedroom. More details: - Internet: Rogers high speed internet (great for working) - Water toys: Kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board (SUP) - Dock: Private dock and boathouse equipped with 6 adult life jackets, 2 kid size life jackets, beverage cooler, outdoor cushions. - Water entrance: Shallow diving off dock with about 6 ft. depth (depending on water levels). Shallow entrance from shore and ideal for kids/families. - Sun exposure: Southwest facing with tons of outdoor seating all around the property. We get beautiful morning sun at the back for morning coffee in the garden, and sun all afternoon/evening on the dock with breathtaking sunsets. - Firepit: Outdoor fire pit for evening campfires + indoor fireplace. - Neighbours: We are in close proximity to our neighbours on both sides of our cottage, as well as across our small bay. We ask our guests to please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level throughout the day, and no excessive noise after 11pm. - Outdoor shower: Enjoy nature under the outdoor shower (this is in addition to the indoor shower). All nightly pricing already includes 13% HST. STR-2025-41 Guest access Guests have access to the main cottage and will have sole use of the entire property outdoors. No one else will be staying on the property during guest stays. Other things to note Please register the correct number of guests that will be staying at the cottage to ensure we adhere to local regulations. You must agree to our house rules before booking. If you’re bringing your dog, there’s a pet fee of $100 per stay.
