Snowgrass Lodge lies in a nature setting above the rushing waters of the Wenatchee river. With views of the Cascade Mountains, a sprawling lawn, and river access just steps away, Snowgrass is a welcome retreat within walking distance of the golf course and downtown Leavenworth. STR Permit #000275 The space The 7,000-square-foot timber frame lodge 4 private bedrooms, 2 lofts, plus shared sleeping spaces on 3 floors of rustic beauty, a grand living room with a stunning cathedral ceiling and river rock fireplace, and a kitchen to inspire any chef. From fireside seating to cozy lounges, you’ll find spaces on every floor for relaxing with family and friends. Outside, a hot tub beckons, and the wrap-around deck lets you dine in full view of the river. NOTE: While our max daytime occupancy is 16, we charge $50/night for each additional guest above 8 to cover extra cleaning and wear. Ideally located a mile from town (1.5 miles from city center), Snowgrass is the place to stay to experience the beauty of the Leavenworth area. From Oktoberfest and Christmas tree lighting festivals, to river rafting in summer (you can even float to downtown from the lodge!), Snowgrass is your home in nature. The owners live in the small cabin next door, so they will like be on the property and available to respond if you need anything. Guest access You are welcome to explore the expansive yard and trails on the property and enjoy your private hot tub with a mountain view. Other things to note Snowgrass Lodge overlooks the Wenatchee River. There is an inner tubing business 3/4 mile up the road. We are less than a half mile from the golf course (open to the public). Downtown Leavenworth is just 1.5 miles away. If you are interested in holding a gathering at Snowgrass within our occupancy limit, please check with the owners for approval in advance of booking. There are policies around certain dates of availability for these types of bookings, along with required minimum stay. Winter Policy: Please be aware that Leavenworth is a mountain town that gets plenty of snow. Be prepared to drive in snow to get here from late fall through winter. Check the road conditions to see which of the mountain passes (Stevens or Snoqualmie) is the best option.
