Cute Backyard Cottage - All The Comforts of Home

Our cozy backyard cottage, located in the heart of Belton, is an easy, one block walk to the UMHB campus. Completely remodeled and fully furnished, it has a full kitchen, a massive island that can double as a dedicated workspace, a large walk in shower and a king sized bed. A mile walk and you're in historic downtown enjoying a beer on the river at Scores Sports bar, a steak at The Gin or any one of the nice little restaurants and shops in the downtown area. You can even wade in the river! The space Our guest cottage is located approximately 50-60 feet behind our home in our backyard. It shares a concrete driveway with the main house. Detailed instructions for finding the house are available after you book in the "Location" section! In addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, the couch in the living room offers a queen size, pull out bed suitable for 2 small children. A portable crib is also available with advance notice. The TV is equipped with ROKU and an internet connection so you can stream all your favorite accounts. The ROKU channel has free movies available and additionally Youtube, Amazon, Hulu, Sling, Netflix, Popcornflix, Tubi and several other apps are already downloaded and ready to go! There is a dedicated space for your vehicle right beside the cottage. Guest access The entire cottage is yours for the length of your stay! Other things to note During Covid 19 I am cleaning and wiping down all hard surfaces, handles and door knobs with disinfecting wipes or a bleach disinfecting solution before each guest check-in. All the bedding and towels are washed in hot water with All Free and Clear. I am spraying the couch and chairs with Lysol before each guest arrives. I live on the property, so I can leave a wiped down key on the kitchen island and leave the house unlocked for your arrival if you'd prefer as long as it's not too late in the evening.
