Indulge in the master bedroom, designed with ample space and offers a king size bed with a Solstice Resort Hotel Collection mattress, luxurious soft sheets and blanket provided, dresser, nightstand/ lamp and 2 closets. The on suite bathroom offers a coastal feel, tub/shower and decorative floor tile that adds a touch of style & charm. Bath/hand/wash towels are provided, as well as a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap toiletries. Relaxation awaits in the cozy living space, here you will find a comfortable couch and a cozy side swivel chair with coffee table, end table/ lamp and complete with a 50" Samsung smart TV. Wi-Fi and cable TV included with access to your Netflix account . The dinette space offers a pub style table and 2 chairs. Enjoy our new designer kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishware and plenty of storage all to meet your needs. Our home also offers a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Outdoor storage includes 2 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and cooler. This space is ample to store all of your personal beach gear, boards, bikes etc. as well. Dedicated parking for The Sandpiper is on the right side carport/ right side of driveway (up to 2 cars). Access to your private outdoor storage space is on the right corner of the right carport. Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Your entrance, all of the items listed and provided are private for you, and completely separate from the upstairs unit. There is an interior stairwell with a locked door at the top and second locked door at the bottom. This upstairs unit is a part of this new construction home. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen if you are looking for something larger or interested in renting our cottage as one complete 3 bedroom, 3 bath home.
