Shopkeeper’s Hideaway -Near the Blue Ridge Parkway

Located above the area’s iconic general store, Shopkeeper’s Hideaway is the perfect location for those wanting to be near the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake Logan & Chestnut Ridge Wedding venues, & Lake Junaluska, yet still near to restaurants, breweries and shopping in Waynesville. Plus, it is only a 35 min drive to Asheville! This spacious apartment (1500 sq ft) has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, coffee bar, living room and Flat screen TV w/cable. The space You’ll get to experience the local culture of farming, neighbors greeting neighbors, and just good people as they come and go in the general store below the apartment. Guest access Parking lot is shared with our store customers. We have 2 spaces reserved for Airbnb guests only, but you are allowed to park in any of the spaces close to the apartment. We have a secured fenced-in “Hawg Pen” for motor cycles or road bikes available if needed. This must be arranged in advance. Other things to note Being above the general store, you can expect some noise during the day hours. However, the apartment is well built and sound does not travel into the apartment very much.
