Walk to all the downtown amenities. Guest access The entirety of the lower level is yours to enjoy during your stay. You are welcome to use the enclosed sitting porch with some limited lake views. Use of the basement laundry is available too, with access from inside the flat or via the exterior door. One off-street parking space is yours to use. Addition off-street parking can be found across the street. Other things to note Year round tenant in the upstairs unit. Long term guests: garbage/recycling bins are shared between the units. Bins should be placed out on the curb at least three feet apart on Thursday nights to be picked up Friday. Recycling bin(yellow top) only gets picked up every other week. Watch for when neighbors have it out to figure out which week to set it out. Please replaces bins at the front of the driveway by the planter if space allows.
