Sandy Bottoms Beach house has 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living room & screened-in porch. All the Kitchen essentials & washer/dryer. Plenty of parking. Enjoy the privacy of your own home with full access to the 3-private crabbing/fishing docks, kayak/boat launch. Enjoy the Saltwater Olympic & Kiddie pool, Playground, Baseball /Softball field, Basketball, Tennis & Bocce courts, Walking & Biking trails throughout the neighborhood & by the water. Beaches, State Parks & Shopping are nearby The space Screened in back deck / porch with ceiling fan and plenty of seating including a bar-top & stools. Grill out back (grilling tools & propane tank provided) while you play cornhole (included in your stay). We have 5 beach bikes / cruisers, 1 small kids bikes w/o training wheels & 1 small kids bike w/training wheels, 2 Kayaks (1) 10 ft 2-3 seats and (1) 8 ft 1 seat FREE for our guests. Plenty of Parking for your cars, boat, jet skies, trailer, etc. So much to explore like Downtown Historic Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park (drive on & walk on beaches), Cape May/Lewes ferry, Fun water-parks - Jungle Jims, Midway water-park & Midway Movies. Guest access We will have 5 pool wrist bands, 1 Dewey Beach Parking pass for you to use, but please do not lose it as you will be charged $300 to replace it. The entire beach house is available for your use. We will have one 'Owner's cabinet' locked in the laundry room & one 'Owner's closet' locked in the upstairs far right bedroom #3. Other things to note Our beach home will be yours while you are our guests. We will make sure that it is clean and disinfected! Just remember that the rental does NOT include linens, towels, paper products or personal items. We will have pillows here for you and each of the beds will have mattress protectors & pillow protectors on them. PLEASE refrain from smoking, and any open flames to include, but not limited to candles, incense sticks, etc. Fireworks are Prohibited. In addition to the normal stocked kitchen items, we also have a Keurig coffee maker, Regular coffee maker, Toaster, Waffle maker, mini George Foreman grill (great for toasted sandwiches), 2 crock-pots & electric skillet. We have a large rolling cooler on the back deck for yiou to use as well. We have 2 Kayaks & paddles and plenty of life vests for you to use **just contact us so we can let you know where everything is*** There are beach chairs, beach toys, bikes & scooters and cornhole boards in the shed . We have a small fire pit that you may use, but the screen cover must be on it and the fire can not be left unattended. We do have a Neighborhood Quiet time that begins at 11:00PM, so please be mindful when you are outside or outback on the screened in porch - Thank you
