The space The lower level of this contemporary luxury beach house is yours (we live upstairs) - it features a view of Puget Sound and Seattle skyline and is only one block to the sunniest beaches on the Island - look for "Murden Cove Homeowners Association" sign at lower loop for entrance to path to beach! You are welcome to use the beach for sunbathing/swimming etc - exception is one neighbor has "No Trespassing" sign on the beach. You can walk through their property and walk anywhere else but here. Only 3 miles from the ferry landing and shops in the quaint town of Winslow. Spacious 1000 SF living quarters with bamboo flooring throughout features a private entry, sunny garden with patio and seating overlooking Puget Sound and view of Seattle. Dining/game table, living room with library and flat screen TV, two private bedrooms (Primary bedroom with Queen bed [luxury Tuft & Needle mattress] and one smaller bedroom with twin bed both with luxury linens and down comforters. Fourth person sleeps on portable twin bed with linens provided. Bath newly renovated. Hospital-grade filter installed on heat/AC system. Note: This unit includes everything BUT a kitchen sink and stove. No cooking allowed with your own equipment please. Mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee station, hot kettle, toaster, dishes/silver provided. Fresh dishes and trash removal daily upon request. The lounge area features a dining table, books galore, games and puzzles, a flat screen TV. Bainbridge Island is a 35 minute scenic ferry ride from the excitement of downtown Seattle and the gateway to the natural wonders of the Olympic Peninsula! Visit the Pike Place Market or Seattle Center all within 10 minutes of the Seattle ferry dock. Enjoy up-scale shopping in the quaint town of Winslow or roam the beach only 1/2 block away. 5 star restaurants - try chef-owned Restaurant Marche. Take a scenic walk along Manitou Beach to Rolling Bay Cafe for a cup of Java and a delicious treat. The town of Poulsbo, a Norwegian village on the water, is only 20 minutes away on Kitsap Peninsula - more great boutique shopping and restaurants. For longer day trips, try Hood Canal, Port Townsend (great galleries) or Sequim for fields of lavender. If after 9:30PM, please use your key to lock your car rather than the 'alarm' lock. One small 6" step from outside path to enter inside. No other stairs/steps. Other things to note Please no smoking.
