The room provides a comfortable Full sized bed and a flat screen TV with room for storage of clothing and personal items. The space High Speed internet is available. Guests will be provided an entry code to access the property and their room. Home is newly restored with beautiful large windows, well appointed bedroom, lovely bathroom, central heating and air and fully stocked kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 2 private rooms in this downstairs unit. Both are long-term Airbnb rentals. Your room has a Roku/Smart TV. Just bring your streaming services passwords! Guest access This is an incredibly walkable neighborhood with everything that you need within walking distance. We have guests who bicycle as their primary mode of transportation to the nearby University or Hospitals. Uber and Lyft are also great options. There is on-street parking directly in front of the apartment and additional parking in our parking lot directly behind our home. During your stay I do not live at the property, but am readily available via text, phone call, or email during normal business hours. Other things to note We are dedicated to providing safe spaces with deep, disinfecting clean PRIOR to move-in and blocking our listings for 2 days before and after allowing another guest to move in to ensure that our spaces are coronovirus free.
