Located in a Residential Area (NEXT TO HOMEOWNERS RESIDENCE SIDE OF DRIVEWAY) near hwy 62 with amazing views of the desert mountains, city lights, sunrise and sunset! This 1995 Shasta 5th wheel Trailer is great for (1-3 guests). Trailer has AIR-CONDITIONING, a portable electric radiator heater, and also propane heating unit. FULL SIZE BED in a private small bedroom (sleeps 2) In the kitchen area there is an RV DINETTE TABLE. In the living room area there is a TWIN SIZE BED (sleeps 1) and a comfortable sofa. Clean sheets and comforters are on each bed. There are extra blankets and sheets in the upper storage cabinets. There’s also a small work table/desk area. The Camper has a little bathroom with a small sink, toilet, & small shower WITH HOT & COLD WATER. The bathroom cabinet includes bath and wash towels. The kitchen has some plates, cups, utensils and a couple of pots and pans, a small stainless steel sink, small microwave, a propane stove, mini refrigerator, toaster & keurig coffee maker including complimentary coffee. Please NO SMOKING INSIDE. ONLY SMOKING ALLOWED OUTSIDE. Only minutes away from Pappy & Harriet's, Joshua Tree National Park, Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, Black Rock Canyon Trail, The Integratron, Joshua Tree Retreat Center & Joshua Tree Lake RV & Campground. There are also laundromats, grocery stores, fast food restaurants and gas stations nearby. Parking space is next to trailer on driveway or on the street. As a Host I love to meet my Guests , but I also want my guests to enjoy their privacy. Lockbox provided for easy check in. Please communicate with me by texting/ calling with any issues or concerns. Park your car next to the trailer. Driveway is a bit steep, make sure you turn left slowly at the bottom of driveway as you exit so your car doesn’t bottom out. If you prefer you can park at the bottom of the driveway on the side street. Easy to find. Quiet and safe area. Peaceful neighborhood. Very family friendly. Dogs may bark in neighboring areas. Desert cottontails, Black-tailed jackrabbits and Round-tailed ground squirrels are often seen. Distant pack of howling coyotes may be heard in the middle of the night. Bobcats, coyotes, snakes are in the area, but not seen often. Vehicle recommended. 2.5 miles to Cedar & Sage Yoga Studio (Use the MindBody App to book your spot) 1 mile to Hawks Landing Golf Course. 1.8 miles to Old Town Yucca Valley- the site of some small businesses including a variety of Antique Stores. 2.3 miles to Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant (delicious authentic food and it’s my favorite Mexican restaurant in Yucca Valley) 2.5 miles to Frontier Cafe' Gourmet coffee, sandwiches & salads in a cool, eclectic space with free WiFi & frequent live music. 3.8 miles to Thai and Lao Cuisine Restaurant. 6 miles to Pappy and Harriet's (delicious food & awesome music) Expect to wait in line for a table. It’s so true, “No trip out to Joshua Tree is complete without a night at Pappy And Harriet’s”. Pappy & Harriet’s is the cantina centerpiece of Pioneertown, the once Livable Old West movie set complete with frontier town facades like stables, saloons and jails. Great for photos! 11 miles to Joshua Tree Saloon Burgers, steaks, seafood & sandwiches served in a quirky joint with pool, darts & an Old West vibe.
