The space There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room, dining room, kitchen, indoor laundry room, and a Florida room (with Central heat and air). You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets under the shade trees, crystal clear water, watch the bass chase minnows while jumping out of the water, see wildlife such as bald eagles, ducks, ospreys and more. A fire pit is available for your enjoyment as well. A true getaway kind of place. There is parking for 6 cars, as well as parking for utility/boat trailers. Guest access Lakeside Getaway has two acres of land to enjoy. There are 2 Hydro bikes, paddle boards, a kayak, and a canoe with life vests available on the property for guests to use. There is a boat ramp 1/4 of a mile from the house, so you can bring a boat or watercraft which you can anchor on waters edge in the backyard.
