Open concept quiet apartment with all the amenities. Large island, fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, coffee station, appliances including washer and dryer, private entrance, and designated parking space. Near John Deer road, Black Hawk college, 2 miles from I74, 10 minutes to TPC Deere Run Golf Course, close to grocery store, and restaurants The space The space is cozy and just like home. We have tried to put in everything we would want in a space. All the TVs are smart so you can log into your own favorite streaming service. We have a coffee bar with choices of coffee and several creamers. There are several kinds of tea, sweeteners, and hot chocolate. A full kitchen with pans, crockpots, rice cookers, place settings, and more. Fireplace can be on for looks or heat. It's just a nice quiet place to retreat to. If want to use your own netfilx, hulu, or other streaming services all of the TVs are smart tvs. There are HDMI cords and extra phone charging cords in the coffee table. You may use them just please put them back. The remote for the living room Tv and the remote for the fireplace is on the bottem left shelf of the coffee table.
