Tiffany Suite - Sweetwater Branch Inn

Our Tiffany Suite located on the second floor of the Cushman-Colson house really has it all. Located near the balcony and reading nook, it has recently been updated to include a brand-new pull out couch. This room is classy and we have the clawfoot tub and chandelier to prove it. Note: this room is street side and may not be suitable for light sleepers. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Comprised of two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, and well-maintained gardens, the space truly feels like an oasis. Guest access In addition to our lovely gardens and courtyard, here at Sweetwater Branch Inn, you have access to your private room, the common living areas, a reading nook with a computer on the second floor, and a guest fridge and microwave.
