This cozy farmhouse was built in the 1800's and has been completely remodeled. The house is completely furnished and the large kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The house sits on a beautiful farm property. There is a stream that runs through the property and there is a beautiful view from the back porch. It is located 10 minutes from Shippensburg and Chambersburg. It is also about 30 minutes from Gettysburg Battlefield. Whitetail, Ski Liberty Resort, and Roundtop are all within an hour. Guests have the entire farmhouse as well as the back yard. Guest will have use of the whole farmhouse. It is on a farm, we ask that guests do NOT enter any sheds, barns, or barnyards and do not touch fences. We like to meet all guests upon arrival to hand off the key and give a small tour of the house. If guests need anything at all, the host is available by text or phone! There isn't much of a neighborhood, it is more of a farm setting with few neighbors. This property is on a farm. There are barn cats that live on the property/in the barns. All cats are very friendly and love to interact with people. The cats are not allowed in the house. Also, there is 1 bathroom in the house. It is on the second floor of the house. Upon booking, host will ask for ID’s and make and model of all vehicles that will be on premises during your stay.
