The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses. The space Buchanan Lake is almost 1000 acres. Our home is in a quiet bay on a level lot, and sits just steps away from the waterfront. It is nice and shallow by the dock for little ones to play. Our spacious lot is the perfect atmosphere for bonfires and yard games. Help yourself to the Lily Pad, kayaks, paddle boat, lake floats, coolers, campfire pie irons, s'mores sticks, fishing poles, and yard games. In the bunk room you will find an extra twin size mattress under the bunks that can be pulled out and used as a sleeping spot. Both bathrooms have tubs and showers. Other things to note Our peaceful setting provides the perfect place to relax and unwind every season of the year. In the fall Ottertail is simply magnificent. We are located just 15 miles from Glendalough State Park and 30 miles from Maplewood State Park. Both are open year round. In the winter you can bring your ATV's or snowmobiles. The level lot provides access to the lake right from our yard, making pulling your portable fish house onto the lake a breeze.
