A place for making family memories The space We are 15 minutes away from the city dock in Palatka to launch your boat into the St. Johns River as well as 10 minutes to the Rodman Reservoir. We are between Gainesville and St. Augustine. Canoeing and Hiking are close by and a great part of staying with us. Ravine Gardens a State Park is in Palatka. Silver Springs glass bottom boats are about an hour away. Guest access Fire Pit, Barbeque grill, Picnic Tables, Back porch sitting in Private. Open Pavilion next door.
