The Ranch: We are indeed a real "working ranch" with an array of friendly animals who reside here year-round! You'll find horses, goats, and chickens... in addition to our very large (and cute) pig! Our loyal and hardworking ranch dogs can also be spotted as they diligently carry out their daily "security" duties. :) Please inquire if you'd like us to provide a private tour of the ranch/animal portion of Cavallo Montagna. Guest interaction with the animals is not permitted without accompaniment from Cavallo Montagna ownership or staff. *Winter Access Requirements*: An All Wheel Drive (AWD/4WD) vehicle is needed to access our property during Winter months due to snow. If you are hiring an Uber, Driver, Limo, or other transportation service, please make sure they meet these vehicle requirements during the Winter months. Guest access This listing is for the entire Luxury Ranch Home that sits on the 7-acre Cavallo Montagna Ranch. Enjoy all of the perks of ranch living without the hard work of ranch caretaking! (We happily do that part!) Other things to note Extra sleeping arrangements can be made. Please inquire as soon as you book your stay to acquire additional sleepers. Please do not utilize the sofas as dedicated sleeping spots for overnight stays. More beds can be provided upon request. Do not allow our "barn cats" inside the home. Please be sure to shut all doors so they do not attempt to enter. Guest interaction with all Cavallo Montagna Ranch animals inside of their gates or pens is not permitted without accompaniment from Cavallo Montagna ownership or staff.
