We offer everything you need to enjoy the beach, including bikes, wagons, coolers, chairs, and beach toys. Rates shown are for summer season*** Big Ten has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master suite has a queen bed and a newly renovated bathroom with custom "spa shower." The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. These two front bedrooms have immediate access to the covered upper deck, which includes tables and chairs. The third room is set up for kids, with bunk beds and a twin bed with trundle great for all ages. The house is child friendly with high chair, pack n' play, crib mattresses, and ample toys. Bikes, strollers, beach toys, wagons. Golf carts are available for rental through Beachwalk. On the first floor, the family room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, high cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. This room has immediate access to the surrounding back deck, for dining al fresco. The first floor is an open plan, with kitchen island, living room, and dining room that comfortably seats 10. The house also has Wifi, Comcast HDTV, DVD, movie collection, and video game systems and board games. The front lower porch is screened in and has a dining table for six with surrounding rockers. The back porch has a new large Weber gas grill, and umbrella covered dining table that seats six. Guest access Includes two street parking spaces, and nearby overflow parking. Coach house with additional sleeping quarters for 4, kitchen, and bath available for additional fee, bringing total capacity to 14. Coach house can also be rented separately, contact us for rates. Other things to note Wristbands are required for the pool, $10 per person (Airbnb Extra Guest Fee). Children under 3 are free. 12% tax (includes local tax and Indiana Innkeeper's Tax) must be paid in addition to listing rates. We are excited to share our home with you and your family.
