(1 pet up to 25lbs) The Travel Queens Beach House is great for families, friends and for couples. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to make a king-size bed. There's a small breakfast table in the living room and also a larger dining table in the Florida room for family meals. The outdoor space is shaded with a table & chairs and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The whole house is yours to enjoy! Your local host is just down the street, so feel free to message her, and she will respond within the hour, if not sooner. Need local suggestions? Message Annette, she is a Florida native and knows all the local spots that are a must! The neighborhood is a tight-knit community that is very quiet. Please be aware and respectful of the neighborhood as the locals prefer the local breeze to any disruption or noise. There's a beach rental place right down the street, several beach parks and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. Grocery store is less than a mile away and there's even a local brew pub nearby. Car or motorcycle is best but there is Uber & Lyft here as well. We do keep our scooters under the carport, they are covered, locked and out of the way. Please keep children away from them, they are locked down but could be knocked over if pulled one. For those bringing pets, please clean up after your pet, in the house, yard and neighborhood. We do charge an additional pet fee if we have to clean up after yours or if there's any damage to our home. Please let us know if you need a crate for your cat or dog (under 25 lbs). Thank you
