At the heart of Roswell's lovely, quiet, picturesque historic district you'll have quick access to everything this beautiful city has to offer. May our place be your home-away-from-home and make your trip a relaxing holiday. The space The Dogwood Suite is one of 3 rooms (all separate listings) in our guest house, which is located at the terrace level of our home. We have this quaint, pleasant guest unit for corporate and out-of-town guests. It has two full baths, full kitchen, living room, dining area, a washer & dryer unit, 250 satellite channels, & ATT fiber-wifi. Guest access Everything in the guest house is available for you to use at any time. All the bedrooms in the guest house are private, separate listings. All the lving spaces (dining, kitchen, livingroom, laundry area) are communal. Feel free to hang out on the deck and enjoy the woodland scenery. If you need the printer, grill, & fire-pit, just request it and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. During your stay We will make ourselves available if you need us during non-business hours. Our home is on the 2nd level, but is connected to the guesthouse; we are just a knock away. During business hours we have limited interaction as one of us works from home. However, meeting and communications may easily be requested via text messaging.
