Fenced in separate entrance, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Bedroom, living room and kitchen. Walk in closet. Desk and Desk chair available. Quiet neighborhood, parties not allowed. Casita has a separate entrance and fenced area. You have private access to a side yard with BBQ and outdoor seating. We do have a dog that shares the side fence. Even though the building is new, the pipes are old and sensitive. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
