The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage. The space The cottage has two bedrooms that are separated from the living room by a wood door but are only separated from each other by heavy curtains. Guest access Guests have access to the property, but children and pets must be attended at all times when they are outside the cottage and fenced cottage yard. There are livestock ponds on the property. Please note that we keep bees on the property as well, so guests with allergies should be extra cautious. Other things to note The bathroom features a large soaking tub. Because we are on a septic system, we ask that you refrain from using bath bombs and epsom salts.
